These terms govern your use of the Shopify apps built by EcomLabs ("we", "us"), including Ecomly (AI Product Content). By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms together with any app‑specific terms shown in the app.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app on your Shopify store while you comply with these terms.
Billing
Where an app has paid plans, billing is handled through Shopify Billing and appears on your Shopify invoice. Prices may change; notice will be given in advance where applicable. Plans and pricing shown on our site or listing are indicative until confirmed in the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or use it for unauthorized purposes.
Availability and support
We work to keep apps available and provide reasonable support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a service‑level agreement is agreed in writing. Support requests can be sent to hola@ecomlabs.dev.
Data
How our apps handle data is described in the App Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store's data.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of an app.
Termination
You may stop using an app and uninstall it at any time from your Shopify admin.
