Apps Terms

These terms govern your use of the Shopify apps built by EcomLabs. By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms along with any app-specific terms.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Shopify store while you comply with these terms.
Billing
Where an app has paid plans, billing is handled through Shopify Billing and appears on your Shopify invoice. Prices may change; notice will be given in advance where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or use it for unauthorized purposes.
Availability and support
We work to keep apps available and provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless an SLA is agreed in writing. Support at hola@ecomlabs.dev.
Data
Data handling by the apps is described in the apps privacy policy. You retain ownership of your store's data.
No warranty and liability
Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Termination
You may stop using an app and uninstall it at any time from your Shopify admin.
