Automation Workflows

We build the automations that connect your ecommerce tools — API and webhook workflows, data sync and scheduled jobs — with error handling and alerting so they keep running when no one is watching.

Overview

Automation that holds up in production

When your tools don't talk to each other, someone ends up copying data by hand, exporting CSVs or reconciling numbers between systems. We build the automations that close those gaps, so data moves between your store, apps and internal services on its own.

We're engineers first. That means idempotent jobs, verified webhooks, sensible retries and alerting when something fails — so an automation you depend on doesn't go quiet without anyone noticing.

Fewer manual steps
Repetitive copy-paste and CSV shuffling between tools gets replaced by a workflow that runs on its own.
Built to fail safely
Retries, idempotency and clear error handling mean a hiccup in one system doesn't corrupt your data.
Observable
Logging and failure alerts to email, Slack or your tools, so you find out before your customers do.
Integration topology

One layer owns the mapping, the retries and the audit trail, so a failure is recoverable instead of silent.

Choose a path
  • Shopify
  • ERP
  • PIM / CMS
  • 3PL / WMS

Integration layer

  • field mapping
  • idempotency keys
  • retries & dead letters
  • audit log
  • Analytics & reporting
  • Email & SMS platform
  • Ads & feeds

Each system is read on its own terms — an ERP export is not a webhook is not a REST page. The layer normalises them before anything downstream sees a record.

Field mapping and idempotency keys live here, which is what stops the same order being written twice when a source retries.

Only reconciled data reaches the storefront and the tools around it. A failure is retried, then parked in a dead-letter queue with an audit trail — recoverable, not silent.

Use cases

Where this helps most

  • Data sync between systems

Keeping orders, inventory or customers in sync between your store and an ERP, CRM or internal service.

  • Back-office automation

Replacing a recurring manual process — exports, reconciliations, status updates — with a scheduled job.

  • Event-driven workflow

A webhook that reacts to an order, refund or update and triggers the right action across your tools.

Process

How we deliver

  1. Discover & scope

We map the workflow, the systems and the data involved, then agree a scope with clear milestones.

  2. Build & integrate

We build the automation against each system's API, wire up webhooks and connect the tools it needs to reach.

  3. Test & harden

We test edge cases and failure modes, add retries and idempotency, and confirm the workflow behaves under real load.

  4. Ship & monitor

We deploy with logging and alerting in place, then support the automation and adjust it as your systems change.

FAQ

Automation Workflows

Do you work with no-code tools like Zapier or Make?
Yes. We use no-code and low-code platforms where they're the right fit, and write custom code where reliability, volume or complex logic call for it. The goal is a workflow that stays dependable, not one tool for its own sake.
What happens when an automation fails?
We design for failure: jobs retry safely, are idempotent so a re-run doesn't duplicate data, and send an alert to email, Slack or your tools when something needs a human. You're never guessing whether a workflow is still running.
Can you automate between Shopify and our other tools?
Yes. We connect Shopify to CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets, internal services and third-party apps using their APIs and webhooks, so data flows between them without manual exports.
