Experience & conversion

Shopify CRO

Shopify CRO

We implement conversion improvements on Shopify — PDP, PLP, cart and mobile UX — and validate them with A/B tests, so changes ship on evidence rather than opinion.

Overview

CRO that's built, not just recommended

Most CRO advice stops at a slide deck. We do the engineering: we find the friction in your funnel, build the change cleanly into your theme, and measure whether it actually moved the metric.

We're honest about what CRO can and can't do. We don't promise a fixed uplift — we reduce friction, test properly, and let the data decide what stays. Some experiments win, some don't, and knowing which is the point.

Analytics-led
We start from your funnel data and session behavior, so effort goes where the drop-off actually is.
Cleanly implemented
Changes are built into your theme with maintainable code, not stacked on top with a page-builder or tag manager hacks.
Validated, not assumed
Where traffic allows, we A/B test changes and read the result honestly instead of shipping on a hunch.
The optimization loop

Most of conversion work is the measuring, not the change. Inconclusive is a valid result.

Use cases

Where this helps most

  1. Underperforming PDP

A product page with traffic but weak add-to-cart rate, rebuilt around clarity, trust and a frictionless path to cart.

  2. Mobile drop-off

A funnel that converts on desktop but leaks on mobile, fixed with sticky add-to-cart and a tighter mobile flow.

  3. Higher average order value

Bundles, upsells and cross-sells implemented and tested to lift AOV without hurting conversion rate.

Process

How we deliver

  1. Analyze

We review analytics, funnels and session data to find where and why visitors drop off.

  2. Prioritize

We turn findings into a backlog of changes, ordered by likely impact and effort to build.

  3. Build & test

We implement each change cleanly in the theme and, where traffic allows, run it as an A/B test.

  4. Read & iterate

We read results against agreed metrics, keep what works, roll back what doesn't and move to the next test.

FAQ

Shopify CRO

Do you guarantee a conversion uplift?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. We reduce friction and test changes properly; the data tells us what worked. Honest measurement is worth more than a promised number.
Do I need a lot of traffic for CRO?
For statistically sound A/B testing, yes — low-traffic stores can't reach significance quickly. When traffic is limited, we lean on clear UX improvements and qualitative signals instead of underpowered tests.
Will CRO changes slow my store down?
They shouldn't. We implement in the theme with performance in mind and watch Core Web Vitals, rather than layering on third-party scripts that add weight.
